Our day trip for 2023 took us by coach to the Lake District. On arrival, we enjoyed a welcome break at the Hatherthwaite station tea-room before boarding the steam train for the journey to Lakeside Pier. We then enjoyed a cruise across spectacular Lake Windermere to Bowness, with time to explore the town before heading for home.
