To become a member of Salford u3a

We always welcome new members to Salford u3a and are particularly delighted to receive applications from minority groups and those with disabilities.

First decide which groups you wish to join; you can participate in as many as you like or have time for. Then contact each group’s convenor in order to gather more information and agree your first attendance. Please see the Groups page for a full list of activities.

Convenors will happily allow you to sample a couple of sessions before you make a final decision to become a u3a member.

There is a modest annual fee that entitles you to join as many interest groups as you like, and you will also receive by post the u3a magazine, Third Age Matters, which is published five times a year.

Thank you for being a member of Salford u3a. Your membership is valid until 31st December 2023, and subject to availability, entitles you to join as many interest groups as you like, attend monthly social mornings and participate in trips.
