On 15 May 2024, the Local History Group had a very special meeting in the beautiful Monton Unitarian Church rather than our normal venue of the church hall next door. The Reverend Anna Jarvis gave a fascinating account of the history of the church at Monton as well as the wider Unitarian movement. We also had the privilege of seeing many interesting historical documents and artefacts.
