Hola!

This is a group for people who have some prior knowledge of Spanish and who want to practise their speaking skills as well as listening and reading in this beautiful language. It is not a group for complete beginners; our members have a wide range of abilities and are able to “get by” fairly well or communicate proficiently. If you already have some knowledge of Spanish you are welcome to join us.

Our emphasis will be on conversation in line with the interests and aspirations of members; it is not intended to be a teaching course as such. However, we will use written and aural material as a focus for our conversations, and as a means of exploring aspects of Spanish life and culture.
