Whilst Covid-19 restrictions persist, our monthly socials continue to operate via Zoom. Trips and outings planned for 2020 were postponed until 2021 and are being kept under review with regard to Covid-19 guidelines. Our annual lunch for 2021 will be arranged as soon as guidelines permit. Lots to look forward to!

Autumn trip
A visit to the North East calling at the Bowes Museum, plus overnight accommodation with dinner and breakfast. We will also see the spectacular Kynren open-air show and have a visit to the famous Beamish Museum on the route home. Monthly social mornings with guest speakers 2021

Venue and Time: Our venue for monthly social mornings is normally Eccles Town Hall, 116 Church Street, Eccles, M30 0LH 10am-12noon on the third Friday of each month. Currently and until further notice, these meetings are being held via Zoom.

Our social mornings are extremely popular and allow members to have a discussion together with a cup of tea or coffee and to listen to a variety of guest speakers, to air your views and for the committee and convenors to pass relevant information to members. Prospective members are most welcome. For more information about any of the speakers below, please email marking the subject line ‘FAO: Carolyn Siddall’.
