24 Jan	Joy and Hazel	Lyme Park and Macclesfield Canal; 6 miles, 4 stiles, some inclines, may be muddy. Meet at Nelson Pit car park, Lyme Road, Poynton SK12 1TH.
7 Feb	Carole and Marjorie	Tonge Trail; 7 miles, some muddy parts, steps at beginning of walk; park in the car park of the Cotton Keir pub, The Valley, Bolton BL1 8TS
21 Feb	Jackie and Mary	Walk cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions. The planned walk around Rossmere and Lindow Common will now take place on 11 July (see below).
7 Mar	Sue and Lynn	Lymm Dam and Spud Wood. Meet at Crouchley Lane WA13 0AS. We will go via Dingley Dell, Lymm Village and along the canal returning via Spud Wood (which could be muddy). Walk ends as we get back to Lymm Dam. Flat walk 5.5 miles. For those wanting an extra couple of miles there is the circular walk of the dam which brings you back to Crouchley Lane Car Park (This will be self guided).
21 Mar	Bill and Kath	Moss Bank Park, Bolton. Meet at the main attractions car park (past the tall chimney), Moss Lane, BL1 7ND. Usual route via the 63 steps, with an option to take the opposite direction up the steps which may be easier for some walkers. Since the weather forecast is dry for most of this week, it’s not likely to be muddy.

18 Apr	Sue and Lynn	Manchester Road, Hollins Green, Rixton. Park by the Black Swan pub WA3 6LA. Approx. 5 miles. Bring a picnic and enjoy refreshments in the pub after the walk.
2 May	Brenda and Sylvia	Glazebury. Park at Bent’s Garden Centre car park WA3 5NT. Meet near road. 5.5 mile flat walk. 3 stiles.

13 Jun	Chris and John	Sankey Valley and Carr Mill Dam. Start from Sankey Valley Visitor Centre WA11 0AB. Park here or use Ship Inn car park if full. Flat 6.1 mile walk, initially through woodland, and then around the dam and surrounding area. Also an option to do the full 7.6 mile walk

About 5.5 miles long. There are a couple of lengthy flights of steep steps and paths could be muddy in wet weather.

Please DO NOT enter the church as a memorial service will be taking place. There will be cakes but please bring your own drinks. Please note that a financial contribution towards the cost of the venue hire will be asked for: 50p per person.
